I am a designer with 6+ years of work experience; over the short span of my career I have had the chance to collaborate with some great Mexican designers and to work for a variety of amazing companies and institutions.
I believe that designers as professionals move in a crossroad between art, technology and anthropology, I’ve always been marveled by objects that are unique, beautiful and useful and that reflect a part of who we are, and in that sense Japanese culture has always had a powerful magnetism over me, especially in the last years I’ve been researching and looking for meaning and answers to some of the aesthetical and philosophical questions that come with the practice of design, and looking for a deeper understanding I’ve come across valuable insights from the work of Japanese designers, craftsmen and thinkers.
